Privacy policy

At Mura we process your data for the sole purpose of running your studio management service. Here is a clear explanation of what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Data controller

The controller is Mura. For any privacy question write to [email protected].

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number and profile photo. Business data you enter in the app: customers, bookings, services and documents. Pseudonymised technical data for diagnostics and analytics.

How we use it

To create and maintain your account (including Google or Apple sign-in), deliver the service, send operational communications and improve the app. We never sell your data.

Third parties

We only share what is strictly necessary with our providers: authentication (Google, Apple), crash reporting (Sentry) and product analytics (PostHog).

Consent documents

When a studio asks its clients to sign a consent document through Mura, the document may include health questionnaire answers, acknowledgments and the client's signature, sealed in a tamper-evident PDF with its audit record. That health data is special-category data: it is processed only with the client's explicit consent, stored within the EU in Mura's own infrastructure, and never passed to third-party signing services. The studio is responsible for its clients' data; Mura processes it solely to provide the service. Clients can exercise their rights through their studio or at [email protected].

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. From the app you can permanently delete your account and your studio data. You can also write to [email protected].
